In 1980 our shareholders and partners
opened an office in Arlington Ridge Road, Arlington, Virginia
opposite The Pentagon. Shortly after Robert Towers in Arlinton
close to Washington's National airport which comprised a midrise
block of 200 flats was purchased from Abe Polin, the owner of the
Washington Redskins and completely refurbished in 'Old English'
style, renamed 'The Cavendish' and converted to condominium living.
Following on one year later a high rise block of 160 flats was
acquired by the name of 'The Lancaster' adjacent to the Pentagon's
Navy Annexe and again converted to condominiums.
During the late 1980's a partnership was established with Colonel
Sydney Anderson, the former chief of police on the island of
St Vincent
in the West Indies. These were serviced home plots located at
Argyle Gardens on St. Vincent's windward
coast. A villa was then developed at Rose Cottage overlooking the
exclusive Young
Island Resort to very high standards by the celebrated Italian
architect Mario Spinella who was instrumental in designing and
building many celebrity homes on nearby
Mustique
including the home of Mick Jagger and Jerry Hall.
In the early 2000's residential real estate was acquired on the
southern coast of Norway initially with 2 houses and a new build
penthouse. Since then, the established business of
A-Tech Proffservice A/S was acquired specialising in exclusive
Marquee rental and event hire equipment.
A modern multi let commercial and industrial unit was acquired at
Moland Park, Arendal, Norway.
The group are now continuing to specialise in investment
opportunities and
real estate in the southern part of Norway.
