In 1980 an office was established in Arlington, Virginia, USA and shortly afterwards the 200 unit mid rise rental block 'Robert Towers' was purchased from Abe Pollin the owner of the Washington Redskins.  The block was renamed The Cavendish and converted to a condominium.

The Cavendish was directly opposite the Pentagon and shortly afterwards the group acquired the 160 unit rental block 'The Lancaster' adjacent to the Navy Annexe to the Pentagon again for condominium conversion.   On the overseas side a  partnership was created for the sale of housing sites at Argyle Gardens on the island of St Vincent in the West Indies.

In 2003  the  group  diversified  investment abroad and acquired a marquee hire and concert events company  in  southern  Norway  namely    A-Tech Proffservice A/S.   In addition commercial and residential real estate have been acquired to help service this business and create a new real estate company BBC Invest A/S which in 2005 purchased the Moland Park business park in Arendal, Norway.

Over the years the group have established aviation interests.  In the late
